That an administrative penalty in the amount of R500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 58962 Mitchells Plain with regard to the unauthorised consulting rooms as per the plan drawn by F Tapile with drawing number 2018-06-101, File No 008 and dated June 2018.
