RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application to consolidate Erven 28756 and 28757 Cape Town at Mowbray, as per plan of consolidation LUM/00/28756, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 28756 and 28757 Cape Town at Mowbray, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 28756 and 28757 Cape Town at Mowbray, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
