RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a) That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129(7)(a) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Remainder Erf 5490 at Hout Bay, in relation to 4 dwelling houses and a store room as shown on plans drawn by Megan Paul with drawing numbers 021/1503/01 and 021/1503/02 dated 20/03/2018.
b) That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129(7)(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised land use on Remainder Erf 5490 at Hout Bay, in relation to 4 dwelling houses and a store room as shown on plans drawn by Megan Paul with drawing numbers 021/1503/01 and 021/1503/02, dated 20/03/2018.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
