That an administrative penalty in the amount of R20 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129(7)(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised offices and storage of building materials and related unauthorised building work on Remainder Erf 83144, Erf 83145 and Remainder Erf 83146 Cape Town at Retreat, as shown on the plan drawn by Duncan Bates Land Surveyors with drawing number 2886/06/17 Topocadastral, Revision 2, dated October 2017.
