a. That the application for deletion of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 174341 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for Council’s consent in terms of title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 174341 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 174341 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/174341, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 174341 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
