An administrative penalty in the amount of R 600.00 for the unauthorised land use (ECD) and R0 for the unauthorized building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 13170, 85 Gxashela Street, Khayelitsha, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
