An administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (church) in the amount of R 850.00 and for the unauthorised building work in the amount of R 650.00 in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 6231, 22 Salie Street, Eerste Rivier BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
