UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 000.00 for the unauthorised land use (tavern) and an administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 for the unauthorised building in terms of Section 129 and 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 62872, 23 Cwangco Street, Mxolisi Phetani, Khayelitsha BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
