UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 400.00 for the unauthorised land use (house shop) in terms of item 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 3028, 1 Birmingham Street, Malibu Village, Blue Downs BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
