An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 600.00 for the unauthorized building work, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 10435, 29 Hope Street, Strand in accordance with plan no D 3028 sheet 1 Dated May 2018.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add:
- The applicant’s motivation is considered to be poor.
- The transgression is considered to be longstanding.
