An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 for the unauthorized building work, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 9499, 39 Graceland Place, Somerset West in accordance with plan no 9499/SSW/1 Dated May 2018.
