RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for Subdivision of Remainder Erf 2879 Grassy Park BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Drawing No CQ35/A1 dated October 2017, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for Departures as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no WD 01 dated 9 October 2017 and drawn by Architectural Technology, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

Additional Conditions

2.6 That the subdivided road portion be transferred to the City at the cost of the applicant prior to the issuing of clearance certificates for the residential portions to be subdivided.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
