RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for Council’s Consent in terms of Title Deed Restriction III.A.3 Paragraph 3 on Page 4 of Title Deed T52241/ 2003 relating to no additions or alterations being made, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for regulation departures for Erf 114710 Cape Town at Athlone, as contained in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Additional condition:
- All aesthetic treatment and material finishes of the proposed building work must match that of the existing structure as well as that of the rest of the group scheme.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
