RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the rezoning of Remainder Erf 154710, Cape Town at Muizenberg to General Residential 2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for permanent departures as set out in Annexure A on Remainder Erf 154710, Cape Town at Muizenberg BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the plan no 16-154710-01/01 Revision A, dated 20 September 2017 drawn by Daniel Mathews Architecture subject to the conditions
contained in Annexure A.
Condition 2.2.7 is amended as follows:
2.2.7 All relevant external services shall be handed over to and inspected by the City of Cape Town on completion of the service installation works and a completion certificate shall be issued by the Engineer prior to utilization of the buildings.
