RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the rezoning of Erf 17787 Fish Hoek (previously Portion 13 of Cape Farm 953) from Single Residential Zone 1 to General Residential SubZone GR2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for subdivision of Erf 17787 Fish Hoek (previously Portion 13 of Cape Farm 953), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan of subdivision LUM/35/17787.
c. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 17787 Fish Hoek (previously Portion 13 of Cape Farm 953) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. That the application for consent in terms of Item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a utility service on Portion 1 of Erf 17787 Fish Hoek (previously Portion 13 of Cape Farm 953), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
e. That the application for consent in terms of Item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit an institution on the Remainder of Erf 17787 Fish Hoek (previously Portion 13 of Cape Farm 953), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Condition 2.2.4 is amended as follows:
2.2.4 Prior to the occupation of any buildings on the property, the following external road upgrades shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Commissioner: Transport and Urban Development Authority:
• Dualling and dedicated turning lanes along Ou Kaapse Weg between Noordhoek Main Road and Kommetjie Main Road.
• Dualling and dedicated turning lanes along Kommetjie Main Road, between Ou Kaapse Weg and Capri Drive.
