RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the subdivision of Remainder Erf 2614 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/16/2614 A, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 2614 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for approval of Council to subdivide the property in terms of a title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 2614 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. That the application for consent of Council in terms of a title deed condition as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 2614 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

Application Granted 1.1 is amended as follows:
1.1 The subdivision of the property into 3 portions (Portion 1: ± 2852m2, Portion 2: ± 1527m2 & Portion 3: ± 195m2 ) as per plan of subdivision LUM/16/2614A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
