a. The application for relaxation of the title deed on Erf 4472, 24 Keurboom Avenue, Somerset West to allow for the proposed stoep and carport BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with drawing number 4472-00 Dated 16/08/2017.
b. The application for Amendment of Condition in Title Deed on Erf 4472, 24 Keurboom Avenue, Somerset West to allow for the proposed storeroom and carport BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with drawing number 4472-00 Dated 16/08/2017.
c. The application for permanent departure on Erf 4472, 24 Keurboom Avenue, Somerset West to allow for the proposed storeroom width BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with drawing number 4472-00 Dated 16/08/2017.
