The application for the subdivision of Erf 2368, 4 Helderzicht Road, Somerset West into two portions (Portion 1 being 1369m² in extent and the remainder being 1782m² in extent) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law in accordance with Subdivision Plan No. C5776/Sub, Dated September 2017, subject to conditions imposed in Annexure A

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
