The application for subdivision of Erf 8114, Somerset West, into Portion 1 (±1 095m2) and a Remainder (±1 308m2), as indicated on plan no 8114sw-dd March 2018, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
