Resolution details

RESOLVED that:

1. The application for a consent use in terms of item 42(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in order to permit the operation of a house shop from the portion of erf 1910, 6 Caesars Close, Colorado Park, Weltevreden Valley, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A.

2. The application for the permanent departure in terms of item 42(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as set out in Annexure A, in order to permit the house shop on erf 1910, 6 Caesars Close, Colorado Park, Weltevreden Valley, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

Add to Annexure A:
1.2 That the permanent departure in order to permit the house shop on erf 1910, 6 Caesars Close, Colorado Park, Weltevreden Valley, be approved.

2.11 That the consent use be limited to a period of 5 years from date of approval.
