UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 0 for the unauthorised land use (hair salon) in terms of Section 129 and Section 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 69 Rustdal located at 12 cactus Road, Rustdal BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add:
6.5 The gravity of the contravention is not particularly serious as it relates to the advertising signage of the hair salon.
