UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

An administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (ECD Centre) in the amount of R 400.00 and for the unauthorised building work in the amount of R0 in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 24488, 7 Hangberg Street, Tafelsig, Mitchell’s Plain BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add:

6.5 The gravity of the contravention is considered to be serious given the particular health and safety requirements associated with ECDs.

Correct numbering sequence accordingly.
