That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1400.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 414 Schaapkraal for the horse stables in accordance with the plans with Plan No 414/2018, dated 10/1/2018 and drawn by T Ely.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 6.5 which is deleted.
