That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 2417 Mitchells Plain for the portion of the domestic staff quarters in accordance with the plan with Drawing No 2417/01 dated 3/12/2017 drawn by Deon Ford Design Services (3 pages).
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reasons 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.5 which is deleted
