RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for Consent in terms of Item 55(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a freestanding base telecommunication station on Erf 101 Knole Park BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. That the application in terms of Section 42(b) for a permanent departure to allow for a street building line of 5 m in lieu of 10 m from Park Road Street and 2 m in lieu of 5 m from the north western common boundary with Erf 23 BE APPROVED.
