a. That the application for the rezoning of Erf 103675 Cape Town at Athlone from Single Residential 1 to General Residential 2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the permanent departures for Erf 103675 Cape Town at Athlone as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
ADDITIONAL CONDITION
- That the refuse facility be roofed
