That an administrative penalty in the amount of R500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of unregistered Erf 9983 (Remainder Erf 2268) Constantia, for the unauthorised building work in accordance with the plans drawn by Meuson Designs, with drawing numbers 2248/1 dated 2017-05-17 and 2248/2 dated 2017-06-21.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
