RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a) That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETEREMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 9 Bergvliet with regard to the second dwelling as shown on the plan drawn by South Architects dated 06/11/2017.
b) That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised land use on Erf 9 Bergvliet with regard to the second dwelling as shown on the plan drawn by South Architects dated 06/11/2017.
