That an administrative penalty in the amount of R500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 1262 Noordhoek as shown on the plan drawn by K & J Honeyman Architectural Designers with drawing number 2880AP/1001 Revision 2, dated 29/09/2017.
