b. That the application for the approval of Council in terms of Item 126 of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 2808 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for Council’s consent in terms of Condition 2.6.2 of the Deed of Transfer T58884/2014, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 2808 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
