RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for rezoning of Portion 18 of Cape Farm 944 from Single Residential Zone 1 to General Industry Subzone GI1, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
Additional condition to be added:
2.1.2 That prior to any development of the site a Site Development Plane (SDP) be submitted with specific emphasis on the interface between the industrial and residential components to the satisfaction of the authorized official.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
