a. That the application for subdivision for Erf 2155 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/16/2155, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 2155 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Condition 1.1 is amended as follows:
1.1 The subdivision of the property into 2 portions substantially in accordance with the subdivision Plan LUM/16/2155
