That an administrative penalty to the amount of R500.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129(1) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, and be approved in terms of Section 99 of the same By-Law, in respect of the unauthorised use of Erf 6784, Kuilsriver for house shop purposes.
