RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for various permanent departures in respect of erf 30760, Goodwood, involving the relaxation of the perimeter street building line of 5 m to 1.96 m and 3.5 m, respectively, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with site layout plan attached Annexure B.
b. That the application for permanent departure in respect of erf 30760, Goodwood, departing from design principles of the group housing development rules BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with site layout plan attached Annexure B.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added and additional reason 7.1.4
7.1.4 The proposal is considered to be in compliance with the desirability threshold requirement contained in Section 99 of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015
