That the application in respect of Erf 382, Goodwood for removal of restrictive title conditions B(c) and (d) in title deed no T12394/2014, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Applications Granted 1.1 and 1.2 are amended as follows:
1.1. Removal of restrictive conditions B(c) and (d) in title deed no T12394/2014.
1.2. Deletion of Conditions of approval imposed with the establishment of the Monte Vista Extension as stipulated in conditions B(c) and (d) in title deed no T12394/2014.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
