That an administrative penalty in the amount of R500 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129(1) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 22144, 12 Valencia Street, Uitzicht, Kraaifontein.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
1. The nature and the gravity of the contravention is not serious and the extent is relatively small.
2. A departure application has been submitted for the unauthorized building work.
3. As far as can be ascertained, the owner of the property has not previously, contravened this By-Law or any other planning law
