That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 12277 Fish Hoek as shown on the plan drawn by Avril Jason with drawing number DUP.01.17, dated November 2017 as well as the storeroom beneath the garage.
