RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the subdivision of Remainder Erf 76111 Cape Town at Southfield, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/76111, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of title deed condition I.(b) contained in Deed of Transfer T21578/89 to permit to permit the subdivision of Remainder Erf 76111 Cape Town at Southfield, in accordance with the plan LUM/00/76111, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
