That the application for a consent use to permit a Place of Instruction on Erf 7011, Durbanville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report added an additional reason that reads as follows:
? The proposal satisfies the desirability criteria as contained in Section 99 of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
