That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 0.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 3227, Bellville in accordance with the plan hereby attached as Annexure B.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except the 1st reason which is deleted.

1. No administrative penalty is considered appropriate as it is unfair to impose a fee on the new owners, for a contravention conducted by the previous land owner.
