That an administrative penalty in the amount of R21 630 BE APPROVED for the illegal FSBTS, in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Portion 81 of farms 728, Joostenbergvlakte Smallholdings, Paarl Farms.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 3 which is amended as follows:
1. The contravention is a clear indication of a dishonest conduct by the operator/applicant.
