That the application for permanent departure in respect of Erg 3047, Bellville, to allow for the construction of a “braai” and chimney at a distance of 1,96m from the common boundary in lieu of 3,0m BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the Plan No. HANEKOM-01-2017 dated 16 July 2017 attached as Annexure B.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
