That the application for consent use in respect of Erf 2812, Goodwood, to permit the operation of a house shop BE APPROVED for a period of 5 years in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C (Dwg No. K7291-M16/190 dated 17/11/2016), subject to conditions listed in attached Annexure A.
