RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for rezoning of erf 15390, Kuilsrivier, from Agricultural zone to subdivisional Area, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with subdivision plan, no. KSR15390 / SUB / SEP 2016 / 1, dated “Sept 2016”, subject to the conditions contained in attached Annexure A.

b. That the application for subdivision of erf 15390, Kuilsrivier, into 10 “General Residential 1” zoned erven, 1 “General Residential 2” zoned erf, 1 “Local Business 1” zoned erf and remainder “Open Space 3” zoned erf, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with subdivision plan, no. KSR15390 / SUB / SEP 2016 / 1, dated “Sept 2016”, subject to the conditions contained in attached Annexure A.

c. That the application for permanent departure from the City of Cape Town Development Management Scheme in order to allow 61 on-site parking bays in lieu of the required 66 bays for the proposed flats development on erf 15390, Kuilsrivier, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with site layout plan, no. SITE LAYOUT 15/rev M, dated 13 December 2016, subject to the conditions contained in attached Annexure A.
