RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for permanent departures to permit a poolroom/entertainment area to be setback 0m in lieu of 3m from the northern and eastern common boundary, on Erf 2285 Bellville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site plan attached as Annexure C.
b. That the application for permanent departures to permit a braai room extension to be setback 0m in lieu of 3m from the eastern common boundary, on Erf 2285 Bellville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site plan attached as Annexure C.
c. That the application for permanent departures to permit a sunroom to be setback 2.70m in lieu of 3m from the western common boundary, on Erf 2285 Bellville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site plan attached as Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
