UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for a consent use in terms of item 42(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in order to permit the operation of a place of instruction (ECD centre) from a portion of Erf 26756, 34 Luiperd Crescent, Eastridge, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for permanent departures in terms of Section 42(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in order to permit:
- Common boundary building lines of 0m in lieu of 5m from the south and south-west boundary and 4.29m in lieu of 5m from north-east boundary.
- Two (2) on-site parking bays in lieu of three (3)
BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the drawing attached as Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

1.9 There shall be 46m2 of outdoor space provided as indicated along the top left corner and along the common of the property indicated on the drawing attached in Annexure C.
