An administrative penalty in the amount of R 450.00 for the unauthorised land use (house shop) and R0 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 and Section 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 42814 Mitchells Plain located at 14 Pyrenees Street, Tafelsig BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
