An administrative penalty in the amount of R 250.00 for the unauthorized land use (tuckshop) and R0 for the unauthorized building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 5587, 82 Starrenberg Street, Rosedale, Klein Vlei, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report.
