An administrative penalty in the amount of R 250.00 for the unauthorised land use (institution) and R0 for the unauthorized building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 25, 14 Vineyard Street, Austinville, Gaylee, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
