An administrative penalty in the amount of R 428.00 for the unauthorised land use (house shop) in terms of Section 129 and 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 4688, 2 Deodar Street, Forest Village, Blue Downs (Stellenbosch), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
